  very poor communication cex want as new goods for second hand items guy with the runny nose talks down to customers sell your goods on market place or ebay one star is too much for this so called shop

  Great 2nd hand Electronics store - great deals and amazing staff - have got some really nice items from here and they've all turned out to be gems! Highly recomended, and will be shopping g here myself again in the future!

  Wonderful service from Alex and Ricky today. 1st time visiting Cex and thought i'd go visit to pick up some xbox 360 games as I'm on a bit of a old retro/nostalgia hunt. So visited with my friend to pick up a few local co-op games. The shop covers a wide arrange of second hand gaming hardware, laptops, games and gadgets which come to reasonably prices for the games. Although their consoles come up as rather pricey for 2nd hand (often being only 20% lower than new). Had amazing service from Alex and Ricky. Alex was amazing in offering his services when we casually talked about old games we use to enjoy and offered to search the Cex database to help find them (we didn't even ask, was just having a general conversation). Both gents went above and beyond to make the experience amazing and it was an enjoyable time talking to them both whilst we was purchasing our new/old 360 games.

  Terrible experience bought a phone off them 2 years ago with 5 year warranty, brought back with random dead pixel. Saying wont do warranty because of a protector being missing that wasnt their when they sold it to me Terrible experience
