  I recently had my car in for service but due to someone hitting my car it also had to go into the body shop. Laura, who looked after me did a great job of coordinating between service and the body shop so that on my way home from work Thursday I could pick up my fully repaired fully serviced car. I was concerned when I moved away from Mercedes that I wouldn't get the service I was used to. However it has been excellent.
