  Kohls Chartered Surveyors are absolutely fabulous to work with. I asked Karl to complete a full Buildings Survey for me and he explained everything to me in language I could understand and as a first time buyer, made the process so much less daunting. Thank You!

  We could not fault the service we received from Karl. I found the company via the RICS website, so I knew it was accredited and regulated. His communication was faultless and came was very accommodating. He was a local to the area, and new my road and surrounding properties very well He got back to all my questions quickly and turned the comprehensive report around within the promised time. The The survey covers everything we needed to move forward with our purchase. He highlighted some issues that required further investigation and recommended skills to do it and even stepped in to discuss matters with them to ensure our questions were answered. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. I will be contacting him again when we move in to discuss further works to the property. if you are around the kent/margate/Canterbury area give him a call

  Kohls Chartered Surveyors were very helpful from the initial emails to the final report. He was very good value for money, explained what we could expect from the survey and then conducted it very thoroughly. We couldn't recommend this company enough
