  Good store, sold my s23 ultra with no issues. They tested the phone and sent me money hour later to my bank.

  Best second hand games/tech store ive found so far, the prices they offer are simply outstanding. I bought a Wii here once for £25!?!!? Honestly lov these guys and come visit them every time I visit the UK

  I went to Ashford store last week to purchase a new Phone that was a grade a The phone itself was amazing and I’m very happy with that purchase however I also brought my daughter a pair of headphones that were not grade a but grade b They weren’t very expensive about £15 and they had signs of Wear and tear on them, but still my daughter needed a pair so I brought them Got them home they worked fine and they still work now …. But the space of a week the earpieces material had degraded flaking off and becoming unstitched I returned this product to my local store to see what they could do about it. I was told they would need to contact Ashford. And to return in a couple of hours time again, I don’t have a problem with this But it was towards the end of the day, so I popped back the following day The member of staff was very polite in the Folkestone store Advised me that Ashford has said I would need to return the product to them as they did not sell them to me in that condition. I agree they were not in that condition when I brought them but in order for me to return them to the Ashford store, it would cost me more than the price of the product so I went home and contacted customer support Customer support looked into the problem for me and contacted both stores.the Ashford have Thoroughly checked the records and stated that the product was in good condition And would not Be able to assist me any further With this matter is what I was basically told I’m disappointed with this purchase and the outcome so I felt it Necessary to leave this review … I personally love shopping with CEX as they get a lot of really cool and great stuff in It’s just a shame when there’s a problem with a product that you have purchased it can be very frustrating to get it resolved if you can get it Resolved This is my first negative experience with CeX and although I am not put off from shopping with them in the future I will be inspecting more thoroughly before I purchase
