  Used for a works trip. Driver was on time and very polite and helpful. Minibus was clean and tidy. Cant fault them at all. Booking team were great. The whole experience was 5star. Thank you.

  A Regent coach took our party of 50 from Canterbury to Maidstone on 9th July 2026. The driver was helpful and considerate for the transport to a museum and then a boat trip. It was a really hot day (30'C plus) and the air con worked fabulously - phew!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently booked Regent Coaches for a day trip to London for 36 adults with learning disabilities and their support staff, and I honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. As expected from Regent Coaches' excellent reputation, the coach itself was immaculate, fully air-conditioned, extremely comfortable, and perfect for a long day out. What truly made the trip exceptional, however, was our driver, Simon. We had chosen two venues that were far from ideal for coach access—one in Wembley and the other in Central London. To make matters even more challenging, there were major traffic issues across London, meaning it took almost four hours just to reach Wembley. Throughout it all, Simon remained calm, patient and completely unflustered. His relaxed manner immediately put everyone at ease. Simon went above and beyond throughout the day. He thoughtfully planned toilet stops when needed and was incredibly patient with our clients. A few of our group required walking aids, and Simon repeatedly retrieved them from underneath the coach without ever needing to be asked and without making anyone feel like it was an inconvenience. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When it was safe to do so, Simon took the time to chat and engage with our clients, who absolutely loved him. On the journey home, he even drove past some of London's most famous landmarks so everyone could enjoy the sights—a small gesture that made a huge difference and brought so many smiles. By the end of the day, our clients had nicknamed him "Simon the Legend" and have been asking me, "When can we go out with him again?" I don't think there could be a better endorsement than that. Thank you, Simon, for helping make such a special day even more memorable. You are a real credit to Regent Coaches. We will most certainly be booking with Regent Coaches again, and we sincerely hope Simon is our driver next time!
