After Herberts fixed a puncture repair I suffered another puncture literally 2km into my next ride. I’ll never know whether I’m just plain unlucky or it was some problem with the spokes intruding into the wheel rim but God love ‘em they fitted another inner tube at no cost. They’re my go to guys anyway, but they didn’t have to do that! Very knowledgeable, friendly, genuine enthusiasts. Thoroughly recommended

Herberts Cycles are highly recommended for bikes, bike components and repairs. My experience they were extemporary! I was halfway round a long cycle tour around East Kent when I had a self-inflicted issue with my rear wheel. I asked several cyclist who I came upon, and they all said that Herberts Cycles was the place to go - and they were correct! I was in an out of the shop in 30-mins and the price was reasonable. Definitely will go back when I have more time and look around the shop/buy stuff!

In July we did a 5 day bicycle tour around Kent. When cycled from Margate to Whitstable and then on to Canterbury on our last day my bicycle chain went off about 4 miles outside Whitstable. Our own repair equipment could not get it loose it was blocked between the guard plate. A nice guy passed us with his bicycle and told us to go back to Whitstable to Herberts Cycles. We did so luckily a large part off the journey was downhill so I could freewheel down. We got there about 10 minutes before afternoon opening and within 30 minutes my bike was fixed and checked. Top friendly and correct repair for a very correct price. So 10/10 from Belgium for this bicycle store.

Incredible service! Our bike lock broke and we were stuck, but man from Herberts came and sorted it out for us straight away for free. Absolute legend!
