  Just wanted to leave a review about this cycle shop. Suffered a puncture in Whitstable today and the car was over ten miles away. Popped in to Herbert’s Cycles to see if they had an inner tube. Not only did they have the right part they fitted it and got me back underway in less than 30 mins. Incredible customer service and efficiency. Thanks gentleman you saved me a very long walk.

  I was on a weekend cycle with my daughter. Her gears were jumping and needed indexing, so I thought we might get lucky a find a helpful independent bike shop in the next town we were passing, and we did! Mike (sorry if I’ve misremembered the name), dropped what he was doing and sorted the bike out there and then. He was super nice, the shop was friendly and with a lot of history - you knew this was a lovely place to shop. Thank you, really appreciated!
