  I contacted this company after my key became stuck in the main door lock of my flat. I contacted him in the evening and he gave me an appointment for the next day to have a look at it. He was slightly late due to an overrunning previous appointment but let me know this was the case very quickly. Once he arrived he was very pleasant and chatty and very quickly got to work and within half an hour or so had diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock with keys. Price was reasonable and payment was taken fast and easily electronically. Overall very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend this company and their services.

  We were HIGHLY impressed with the professionalism, service and efficiency. After emailing overnight and asking for someone to phone this morning, they promptly responded and were able to come and actually fix the problem this morning too. Very happy and would highly recommend. Thank you!
