  TN lettings have been fantastic to deal with throughout the whole rental process from viewing through to any queries we had when we moved in. And I know they will continue to be there if we need anything. They are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A refreshing change! I wouldn’t use any other agency to rent a house in the Tunbridge Wells area.

  I’d like to thank Jess and Becky for all their help as I became a first-time landlord. They made the whole process feel straightforward and far less daunting than I expected. The service was very personal, and I could easily speak to either of them whenever I had questions. They found a tenant within hours of the first viewing, carefully selected the right person, and my property is now occupied. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly letting agent.

  We can’t thank Becky and Jess enough for everything! From start to finish they’ve both been amazing. We’ve been fully informed, constantly made aware of updates or what was needed from us for a smooth process. They’ve been available to take calls, helped us navigate a move and our new home over the Christmas/New Year period. When things have become a little overwhelming with a new house and a small baby, the team have really been excellent with making our lives a little easier and going the extra mile to make sure we’re happy, cosy and comfortable in our new home. Would highly recommend!!!

  Really poor service. Staff are the worse Iv come across in an agency. For them to treat people the way they do is a joke.
