Both Samuel and Joe are first-rate and extremely helpful. I highly recommend both of them for good advice on handsets and SIM plans. The staff in this small, smart store exemplify everything that is good about shopping in person rather than online!

Went in for a screen protector and memory card for my new Samsung phone, she was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and although there was a slight issue with the application of the screen protector (which was a more difficult one to fit in the first place!), she resolved it for me quickly and efficiently! All in all, pleasant and polite staff, a safe atmosphere with the screens in place, and very helpful team!
