  Very kind man, my mother is 92 and cannot get around that easily . He came upstairs and knelt on the floor to take care of her ears. Highly recommend

  I visited Richard due to a blocked ear that was causing me significant amounts of pain. Turns out I had wax that compacted, Richard made the process as smooth as he could to remove it as painless as possible. I initially went in for one ear but decided to let Richard check the other , I was surprised to learn that there was build up there too. Upon cleaning of both ears, it feels like I can hear much clearer than I was previously able to. Highly recommend it
