  I received three ceiling lights, really lovely but unfortunately one light was broken when I opened the box, I immediately informed them and sent a photo as soon as they asked, I have sent many emails trying to exchange the light but they either ignore or say they are going to get back but haven’t so far... it’s now been 21 days and they still have not rectified the problem..... I’ll give an update if I hear anything!! Update: I eventually received the replacement shade..... it took just over 40 days!!!!🤨 However the lights look great 😏
