  The staff are excellent. Visited today for my sons Xbox. The check took less than 10 minutes and we were offered a new Xbox under warranty. The staff were funny, helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend

  Bought a speaker a couple months ago, had no clue on which would work best but was advised by Samuel and turned out to be exactly what I needed. Fantastic service and nice conversation, have definitely gone back to get other things since! 11/10 would recommend :)

  I had 2 bad experiences. First was selling my laptop...staff mentioned that they can't take it because the web cam doesn't work. As soon as i opened the laptop after i received it, it worked without any issues. I showed it to them, and they finally accepted it. So, they didn't test it well in the first place. Second, i was looking to get rid of my Samsung Buds 3, which i got for free with my phone. I'd barely used it. They mentioned that the right ear bud doesn't work. I came back the other day, tested it and it worked without the slightest issue. After mentioning this to the staff, they said they'll retest it and asked me to come back in 15 mins. This time, they mentioned that the buds do not hold/retain the battery?? This is a new device...and besides, i'm here with the ear buds connected to my phone and listening to music. The battery percentage is still holding as you'd expect.
