  What a joke of a store! Chris, the assistant on duty, was busy helping a customer do a transfer. With myself and another two other customers in the store, he refused to lift his head once to acknowledge we were there or to even briefly find out what we needed. After 40 minutes he attended to the first customer in line, another time consuming transfer, went ahead with it without checking with others in the store if they needed a quick sale/help Eventually got asked if I was ok after 1 hour and 20 mins, told him I needed a handset to buy sim free, despite being on display, was told there was none in stock. Why then was it on display? I needed the phone for a present and was the only reason I waited that long. Could of saving me a lot of time if he had just enquired what the other customers needed while still doing his transfer. Highly recommend 'chris' goes on a basic customer service course or maybe just receive training on what to do when he is on his own and has more than one customer in the store. -- Entered the store at 4.10pm and left at 5.35 on 24th March 2023 --
