Excellent service from John, very professional, honest and transparent. He told me from the beginning what his call out fee is as well as what he thought it could be which showed me he was very knowledgeable too. He turned up at the time we agreed and fixed my tumble dryer which is now running good as new. I will most definitely be using his services in the future and I highly recommend him. Thanks John, saved me from having to buy a new dryer!

Quick messaging responses even over a bank holiday weekend, turned up on time, very polite and friendly and then did a quick great fix to the oven, so all round great job

John came to fix our washing machine and we would highly recommend him and use him again. He had great communication, worked fast and efficiently and cleared up well. Also very reasonably priced compared to other call out charges.
