  We recently had our boiler replaced and had a great experience. We bought our house last year and the boiler had clearly been poorly maintained, so when it finally gave up it was quite stressful, especially with a newborn at home. Luke responded straight away and was able to book us in for a replacement within just a few days. On the day, the work was completed quickly and professionally. Everything was left clean and tidy, and he took the time to walk us through the new system and explain how it all works. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

  We’ve been using Luke as our family plumber for years, and I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else. His work is consistently top-notch, and he approaches every job with a high level of professionalism and care. He’s reliable, turns up when he says he will, and gets straight to the point—no fuss, no nonsense. Out of all the tradespeople I’ve dealt with over the years, Luke stands out as the best by far. Not only is his workmanship excellent, but he’s also someone you can genuinely trust in your home. He’s respectful, courteous, and takes pride in doing the job properly every time. If you’re looking for a plumber who delivers great results and peace of mind, I couldn’t recommend Luke more highly.

  I previously used Lincoln plumbing services LTD When I had no hot water a few months ago, so when my toilet wouldn't flush I call on them again. Turn up on time agreed & was fast to find the problem then got it fixed in super quick time. Would always recommend Luke to friends and family. Thanks Again A* work

  I've used Luke on a few occasions now, initially for basic plumbing works, installing radiators etc. Most recently for removing an old boiler and re-siting it in the loft along with all the pipework changes. He is totally reliable and professional and always willing to advise on any aspect of the works. I've used British Gas before, and the service was always a bit 'hit and miss' depending on which engineer turned up,. However with Lincoln Plumbing as a small business you always get Luke and know what to expect. Very highly recommended.

  Luke was a real star. Totally transparent with costs and timescale of the job, was polite and conscientious throughout (super clean and tidy), and carried out a very tricky job renewing gas pipes under difficult circumstances at my elderly mum's house professionally and thoughtfully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call on Luke's (Lincoln Plumbing) services again. Thank you.
