  Matt and his team helped to clean out my mum and dad's pond, a job which has become too much for them now. Matt showed up on time, did a great job and charged a reasonable price. Mum and dad were really happy with the result.

  My 13’L x 8’ W 3’6”- 4’10”D pond sprung a leak after 23 years. I suspected the large fir tree in next doors garden spreading its roots during the very dry summer. I had already dealt with ThatPondGuy previously who supplied my Oase Screenmatic 60000 Set OC filter, Matt went out of his way to organise for me to collect so I could install over a Bank Holiday. Thus, me choosing ThatPondGuy to install a new liner for me. Matt’s team came to install a new liner and moved my fish into their holding pond. Unfortunately, not only had the tree roots penetrated the liner, it had also broken one side of the pond wall. Nothing was too much trouble for his team, I had another smaller filter which they moved and hooked up to the holding pond, also an air filter. Matt then had to arrange his builders to attend a few days later to get rid of the tree roots and rebuild the wall. I was impressed with the rebuild of the wall, a great job. His previous team then came back to install the liner and return the fish. I really liked Matt’s professional team, nothing was too much for them to overcome issues. They had previously taken photos of my pond so used these to replace everything back as it was. They were all easy to get along with which really made the rebuild a pleasure to deal with. Top marks to Matt and his team.

  Matt and the team are a really professional outfit. Very customer focused, responsive, and made sure to focus on the areas that I'd priorised with a large pond clean up and new pump installation. Shout out to Natalie and Sydney who worked incredibly hard despite the miserable weather. Delighted with the end result and will be using the team again in the spring.
