  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a water lily which never arrived. On 5th June, after hearing nothing and still not receiving my order, I contacted the courier myself and was informed that the parcel had actually been returned on 1st June. What I find unacceptable is that nobody contacted me to tell me there was a problem with the delivery or that the parcel had been returned. Had I not chased the matter myself, I would still have been waiting with no update. When I contacted the seller, I was also disappointed with the attitude I received. As a paying customer simply trying to find out where my order was, I expected a more professional and understanding response. A refund was eventually provided, which I appreciate, but there was no apology for the inconvenience caused, despite the lack of communication and the time I spent chasing the issue myself. Good customer service is about communication and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this was seriously lacking.

  We were very pleased with our pond clean. The pond was very silty and was dealt with efficiently and easily in a tidy manner.

  These guys are brilliant. They cleaned the whole of our large pond, fitted new under water light features, fixed the UVs and planted new plants. From initial chats with Matt, through to Brad and the lads, and speaking to Kim in the office - all of them were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. Top top service - the best Ive experienced for a long time. Fantastic

  Brilliant service from start to finish. Matt, Harvey and the team took a drawing I did on the back of an envelope and turned a wasteland at the end of our garden into a 7000l pond with pergola, patio and screening. The work ethic of all the team was amazing, they arrived every day when they said they would and kept the site clean all the way through. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a new pond or a renovation.

  Natalie was absolutely exceptional. My pond had not been cleaned for a few years so it was in need of some love. Natalie worked incredibly hard, in the hot weather, and now the pond looks brand new. Highly recommend and will be using them again.
