  This company has fitted our new solid wood front door and side window and have done a great job. They always turned up on time, were very polite, friendly and professional and left everything tidy. We are going to use them to replace some windows next. A couple of issues came up and Rob discussed them with us and came up with solutions to get the job done. The people in the office are also very courteous and helpful. It is nice to have as few headaches as possible when renovating and this company has given us the minimum of headaches and a great result.

  When I say I scoured the country to find a company capable of faithfully recreating my traditional Edwardian porch, I truly mean it. The original had been removed over 40 years ago, and it was incredibly important to me that any replacement felt authentic and in keeping with the house. Traditional Sash Window Co have done exactly that. They not only reinstated the porch, but carefully incorporated a side addition to work seamlessly with our original front door — and the result is outstanding. It genuinely looks as though it has always been there. We are absolutely over the moon with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The team were honest, friendly, highly skilled, and clearly take real pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — we’re beyond thrilled with the result.

  Traditional Sash Windows & Carpentry provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The standard of tradesmanship and craft is genuinely impressive. Every detail was handled with care and precision, and the quality of the finished work really shows their skill and pride in what they do. Communication throughout the job was very strong. I was kept fully up to date at each stage, with clear explanations of what was happening and what would come next. That made the whole process smooth and reassuring. All of the tradesmen were polite, friendly, and courteous at all times. They were respectful of the property, worked tidily, and were a pleasure to have on site. It is not always easy to find a team that combines high-level craftsmanship with such a professional and considerate manner, but they managed both. I would happily recommend Traditional Sash Windows & Carpentry to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.

  Following an initial visit to measure up and assess the work requested, my original Victorian windows were reglazed and draught-proofed quickly and efficiently in two days. The tradesmen were pleasant and considerate and left nothing for me to clean up afterwards. I am impressed with the results and would certainly recommend the company to others. Well done!
