I won’t be returning.
- ACAdam G CookeSep 14, 20265.0First Time Visit to Cex, took my phone to in to sell at opening time, was greeted by the friendly staff who took details and told me to return in 20 minutes as they need to perform some checks on the device. I returned at the stated time and had a quick browse of the store, then returned to the counter where a few more details were checked and payment was issued to my bank. Also picked up a Blu Ray whilst there. Shortly after leaving the store, I received an email confirming the payment, which arrived in my bank account within 15 minutes. Being one of/if not the only place around the area that sells physical media. I shall return to buy and trade in, in the future. Support this store! Don't let digital take over everything! We need these stores in our towns!
