  Extremely friendly staff. Whilst in store I witnessed several customers speak rudely and treat the staff poorly yet they were responded to with patience and professionalism. I was the next customer and apologised that they had to deal with that kind of behaviour. Not only were they grateful for my apology but they went above and beyond for me. The staff are human beings and should be treated with respect and given that a tiny bit of humanity was appreciated I wonder if they are treated poorly more often than not. I have always had a great experience in this store and have found the staff helpful and friendly.

  So I took an almost mint condition PS4 Pro console (boxed). Into store for a voucher, the girl working there, took it out the box, looked at it and said it’s worth £58 voucher ,without even testing it., I said absolutely not thank you !! She also damaged the box too!!! I took the same console to another CEX store and got £113 as stated on website!! In short Don’t TRADE ANYTHING IN AT THE ORPINGTON HIGH ST STORE.

  Hello I have visited one of your stores in Orpington high Street today. I was selling my iPhone 11 to your store while I was there the man behind the desk wearing glasses and a face mask was trying to help the lady who was serving me while she was adding my details into your system. The man kept misgendering calling me sir and this man here while looking at me. I asked him do I look like a man to you. He didn’t answer just smiled and walked away. He told this other guy that was standing next to him. He said nothing no sorry or anything. After that they said we don’t want your iPhone 11.

  fab, love 'em. Great products at cheap prices, only problem is the give yo hardly anything when you sell to them. Some of the complaints about service when selling I don't really understand, personally I've had great experiences with them. I might respect the negative reviews more if it didn't say "they didn't apology for it". Just saying.
