  0 Stars!!!! Received a very poor service. Phoned ahead and prebooked a taxi for 5pm as we had a dinner reservation before a concert. The taxi did not arrive at 5pm so by 5.10 we were worried we were going to miss our reservation so called them to see where our taxi was. After being in a queue on the phone for almost 15 minutes we were told our taxi was next and would be with us in 10 minutes. 10 minutes came and went and no taxi arrived. By this point we had missed our dinner booking and no longer had time to eat before our concert. We ended up having to call another taxi firm who came and picked us up straight away. At 5.45 I received a text message from Thanet cars saying they were on their way with no estimated time and by this point it was already 45 minutes late and we'd been forced to get a taxi with another company in order to not miss the event we were attending. Would not recommend this company!!

  After booking 3 cars for wedding transport from Ramsgate to Broadstairs, then return, all cars showed up within 10 min's of the time booked, clean, with polite drivers. Dan in the office thank you.

  Booked a taxi for a wedding 3 weeks ago. Confirmed booking. Hasn't arrived, 30 mins after confirmed booking time and counting. Call up and stuck as caller number 6 permanently in the call queue. Have ordered an Uber in the meantime. I prefer to support local cabs but these absolutely useless companies wonder why they are going out of business to Uber. This wasn't the drivers fault. Actually a nice bloke, equally amazed when I said we booked it 3 weeks ago.

  Booked a cab to and from a hospital. The outward trip cab was 10 min late. Return trip I was told a wait of 5 to 10 minutes. Still waiting and it’s been half an hour!

  0 STARS!!!! This service ruined the morning I had set out, booked a cab at 7:30am for 8:15am so I can do a school run and avoid the raid, its now 8:40 and they still haven't shown up, the kids need to be in at 8:40! Operator was barely bothered while I'm livid considering I planned this very well in advance, absolutely furious with this!
