  0 STARS!!!! This service ruined the morning I had set out, booked a cab at 7:30am for 8:15am so I can do a school run and avoid the raid, its now 8:40 and they still haven't shown up, the kids need to be in at 8:40! Operator was barely bothered while I'm livid considering I planned this very well in advance, absolutely furious with this!

  We booked 4 taxis weeks in advance and phoned up on the day to check the booking was in place, which they confirmed. Unfortunately only 2 of the taxis came. When I phoned they said they would see if they could find us 2 more taxis. After about 25 minutes we gave up, apparently at that time they had one more taxi on the way only. We were very late to our plans. FYI - they hadn't said this in advance, but when I complained they said they always warn people to expect bookings up to 30 minutes late at busy times.

  I had a man called Marcel today- very professional- very prompt and chatty and well dressed!- i will ask for him next time! It can feel a little un-nerving being a female passenger with a male driver but Marcel was very professional and polite! Very polite lady on the phone who took the booking too . 5 stars!

  I have used Thanet cars twice now for airport runs & have been most impressed. The driver contacted the day before to confirm the pick up time, the car was clean & the driver was polite & considerate. My husband was very impressed & he is notoriously hard to please...would not hesitate to recommend !
