  We were rigorous in our selection of a legal adviser for our house sale and purchase, obtaining a dozen estimates from online solicitors and those local to the Maidstone area. then comparing their costs against the reviews on a number of forums. The online solicitors were cheaper but we decided we would prefer to speak face to face with someone local should something go wrong. We selected Elite from a panel of 8 local solicitors based on their estimated costs (which turned out to be accurate) verses the customer reviews. We are very glad we did. Elite Legal Services worked hard to make sure our house sale and purchase proceeded smoothly. They remained professional and courteous at all times, ensuring that we were correctly advised throughout. We hold them in high regard and would recommend them to any prospective customer looking for legal advice.

  We were in need of Independent legal advice and contacted most of the solicitors in and around Kent. Most of them did not want to do it. Spoke to Elite Legal Services and Veronica was highly helpful and gave excellent insight into the documents. She explained the risks of signing the documents clearly. She was methodical and took good care about documentation. I can’t recommend Elite Legal Service enough to anyone. She gave us the appointment when it was convenient to us despite her busy schedule.
