  I cannot recommend Stephen Gay highly enough. I had to organise my father’s funeral last year and, on that occasion, we used Co-op. Unfortunately, I found the experience quite stressful, as I often felt I was having to chase them for information and confirmation. My experience with Stephen Gay was completely different. From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and with such care. Everything was organised in a timely manner, which made what was already an incredibly difficult time so much less stressful. On the day itself, everything went beautifully and it was a lovely send-off. I am extremely grateful for all their help, support and attention to detail, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Stephen Gay to anyone who has to arrange a funeral for a loved one.

They were fantastic through the whole process and in the manner in which they conduct their business. All the staff were brilliant.   From the initial conversation with the team Stephen Gay's have been extremely supportive, kind and helpful. Annie met with us to discuss my dad's funeral and we never felt rushed at all and were given as much time as we needed. They took extremely good care of my dad for which we would like to thank them all. I am sure there are various individuals working hard behind the scenes that we don't get to meet however from Gerry Murphy's family we would like to thank you all. When you lose a loved one arranging their funeral is a sad occasion however it is so nice to have individuals who understand. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen P Gay to friends and family. Thank you also to Pauline. I would also like to mention the celebrant, Sue Viner, who was fantastic from the start; she took time to visit us and led dad's service with such professionalism.

  I would like to thank everyone for guiding me through the worse time of my life, having never done anything like this before, you all helped me through a very tough time. After losing my husband Chris, I came to you and you were all so kind and helpful. I would also like to thankyou for looking after Chris and taking such good care of him. I will be forever grateful. You done Chris proud especially his last journey in life in a jaguar they were his favourite cars he had a few when he was younger. Stephen and the drivers were very professional.
