  So pleased with the immediate help I got from Dan today .. I know I was lucky and he fixed my problem quickly and certainly knows what he’s doing ! Now I feel confident I’m a client and will always use him in the future and recommend to my friends . Brilliant service .. great guy !

  Everyone who relies on their computer needs a Dan Greenwood. He is my go- to backup, a great teacher, has setup my new computer, found stuff inside that I thought I had lost and fixed my printer. Knowing he is there for me in the background gives me a great sense of security. Always at the end of the phone or an email and I never have to wait long for a call back. He is highly professional and a very nice gentleman. He charges fairly for his time and I would expect nothing less.

  I called in Dan at Keeping IT Simple to repair a number of problems my laptop was having. I also wanted to set up a 2nd laptop with the same information. Not only was he quick in correcting all problems but he also found some ‘suspect’ fake websites which would have gone completely unnoticed by me. He lived up to his name and did keep it simple. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone. A difficult job made simple and all is working as it should. Thank you 🙏

  Dan has been invaluable to me over the last couple of months with both setting up my new tablet and getting to grips with a Government registration process. I would recommend Dan to anyone who needs help however minor it may appear as Dan is very patient and understanding.
