  Kira has been amazing with my son who lacked confidence due to his additional learning needs. Each session has ended with smiles and progress. Even school homework has now become less of a battle as he’s demonstrating and proudly showing off what Kira has supported him with, such as the letter b formation. Kira's learning room is warm and welcoming , matching her lovely personality that helps my son feel at ease. Would highly recommend Kira to any parent looking for extra support for their child's reading and writing.

  Since working with Dawn for one term my child’s teacher has noticed a massive improvement with her reading. At home we have noticed that she is more focused and willing to try. A big change in such a small time and my daughter is no longer reluctant to practise.

  Ms. Wooley has undoubtedly made such a positive impact on our son's reading ability, and his own confidence in his ability. With kindness and enthusiasm we are greeted at the door every week for the past 3 years, and our son looks forward to spending the hour with Ms. Wooley. We recommend her to everyone - for anyone whose child is struggling with reading or phonics or writing Ms. Wooley is a must.

  6 weeks ago, we were told that our son was unlikely to ever attend mainstream school, and his catchment school had already said they couldn’t meet his needs. Fast forward just 6 weeks, and our son went back to school almost unrecognisable! In just 6 sessions, his reading has progressed more than it has in the last 6 years. His confidence has grown tremendously, and for the first time in his short 10 years of life, he is genuinely enjoying learning. After a meeting with the headteacher this week, we now have her full support in applying for mainstream school — something we honestly never thought was possible just 6 weeks ago. I’m so excited to see where we are this time next year. Kira, I honestly cannot thank you enough — not only for teaching Toby, but for supporting me too. You’ve given me the encouragement, belief and determination to keep pushing for what I know my son is capable of. This is a truly honest review from my heart. My only negative is… I wish I had found you sooner!

  We cannot recommend Becky highly enough. The progress our 7-year-old has made has been truly remarkable. Before starting tuition, reading was a real challenge, but thanks to her patience, encouragement, and engaging teaching style, our child has grown in both ability and confidence. More importantly she has made learning to read fun rather than overwhelming and we have seen a seen a huge difference in his fluency and comprehension.
