  I booked an appointment 2 hours ahead of time and when I showed up after being messaged, it took 30 minutes to be seen? And not one colleague thought to update me as to when I would be seen despite them holding me to the standard that I must show up on time or my place in line would be taken. I’ve never experienced this at an Apple Store before and won’t be coming back.

  Lovely Gentleman named Brenton gave us a demo on Apple Vision Pro. It was for half an hour, an amazing experience. Lovely and patient staff! Thanks!

  hugely upset by my experience....i had been really looking forward to getting a new phone.......i was excited about it until i came in ths store.....i knew what i thought i wanted. but when i walked into the store, there used to be people to meet and greet. not here....a clutch of workers chatting.......i looked at the phones and caught this girls eye who came over ......not a word of greeting, not a smile or a friendly word.....the most dispassionate disinterested member of apple staff ive ever encountered.(she wasnot rude , just , indifferent. ) ....i decided to get the phone. but the staff member couldnt have cared less.. didnt ask any of the questions she should have done....i spent all the time here at standing at the shop front while i filled in forms myself.....she was quiet , and didnt even smile when i said to her ". hope im not too old !".....nothing just a dead pan expression ,she didnt want to be there with me....she wanted to be back with her colleagues...unfriendly , my new phone arrived and was put on the table....i asked her if i could check it.....she said yes and watched as i tried to open the red tags...not saying a word or offering to help .my grandaughter was with me..........i was still standing there. when this staff member just walked away , back to her colleagues. RUDE... apple where on earth did you get this apathetic uninterested member of staff.... watch her....because as sure as hell, she dosent want the job ! ohh i filled a truthful apple questionaire, but i wouldnt have written this , if she had told me i would need a new plug. she knew i had a iphone 11........ poor.....terrible customer service. extremely irritated by this....she may be doing this all day long ...but a phone is a big purchase for some of us. this staff member needs a lot more training, on customer care.. and customer service.... Ps. Thankyou to the store manager at the store who phoned me. I have a suggestion

  Worst customer service ive ever had from any place ever, I’m on the way to them right now to replace a part but no one could answer the phone, i was at stratford apple and they tried calling bluewater in which they were unsuccessful, i tried as a customer, A CUSTOMER!! and i was on the phone for 22mins trying to get ahold of them to see if a part is available, thanks to no one picking up the phone i have to make a long journey to even see if its available. Apple, look into the team in bluewater, very disappointed in them.

  Arrived just after 10am, confronted by a “meeter and greeter” who was seemingly trained in indifference and sales avoidance techniques. We were told that we couldn’t buy an IPhone without seeing one of their specialists (aka salesman), and there was a waiting list that we would have to join if we wanted to buy something. I’m 75 years old and my wife and I were “guided” to sit and wait on 18” high wooden cubes which would look good in a children’s nursery school. Frankly, if I’d sat on one, I would have had to have been helped back up on my feet. Using the waiting time, I searched John Lewis’s website to find that they had 5 of the phones we wanted to buy in stock, so we walked along the Mall, went to the 2nd floor, got served straight away and walked out with our new phone within the time we would have been waiting at Apple. Come back Steve Jobs, things have changed since his demise. One star for a rotten Apple. Love the phones, hate the snooty store.
