  What an absolute masterclass in wasting a customer’s time. I actually bothered to make a booking to get my cracked phone screen replaced, foolishly thinking that booking an appointment might mean, you know, being seen at the appointment time. Apparently not. I waited 25 minutes before anyone even bothered to see me. Then came the fun part — being passed between two different members of staff before someone finally managed to understand what I needed. Clearly, replacing a cracked screen is an incredibly complicated operation requiring multiple people and several rounds of discussion. Once that was finally sorted, I was told I’d have to wait another two hours for the screen to actually be replaced. So much for making a booking and trying to save time. What should have been a simple, straightforward repair turned into hours of waiting, being passed around and wondering why I had bothered making an appointment in the first place. If your idea of good customer service is making people wait 25 minutes, sending them between staff members and then leaving them for another two hours, congratulations — you’ve absolutely nailed it. Next time I need a phone repair, I’ll apparently need to book a day off work, bring a packed lunch and prepare for a small pilgrimage. Absolutely ridiculous service. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually respects customers’ time.

  Terrible. Go literally anywhere else. Service is none existent and all I wanted to do was collect a purchase from online.

  Awful experience- I’m starting to wonder what I’m buying an expensive phone to be handed a box and receive no service whatsoever I literally was made to BEG for help by the manager in front of the whole store. Never felt so undermined and diminished in my life. Completely awful and terrible experience. Think I need to diversify from Apple.

  They aren’t very helpful compared to other stores and they won’t help with anything after 7 oclock despite the store opening until 9pm really frustrating when you can only get to the store after work might as well close early
