  Resilient Healthcare have been wonderful from day one - their passion, patience, and professionalism shone through. Vivian and Grace have been incredibly kind and responsive when organising care for my mum at quite short notice. They were quick to meet her in hospital and called me the same day to discuss next steps and recommend two carers to suit my mum’s needs and personality. They responded to me any day of the week and answered any queries I had promptly. Their carers all drive their own cars which has been a huge support for my mum, allowing her to get back to her usual routine instead of being stuck at home. Her carer is lovely and patient, supporting her in all her needs and provides daily updates in an app so I can check on how my mum is doing any time of the day, which is a huge comfort given I don’t live nearby. Thank you so much to everyone at Resilient Healthcare ❤️

  Vivian is available and responds in a timely manner. Standards are high and the staff are trained, dementia friendly and flexible. I would recommend this service as it gives me peace of mind

  Staff are all very friendly and reliable. As there are a small group of 4 or 5 carers visiting and caring for my parents, it enables a good relationship to form - unlike some of the larger care companies.

  My mum did not want carers but after meeting Khadi she said that she got on well with her and she new her job well. She has been coming each morning to assist my mum and it has made it a lot easier and less stressful for my sister's and myself that she is being looked after.
