  Conor was excellent, offered to attend site to see the problem, sent a quote and turned up promptly on the day agreed to fix. He was thorough, kept me well informed of his progress and cleaned up completely when finished! I would definitely recommend this company.   GladPro attended a weekend plumbing emergency at my home. The phone was answered and a plumber was onsite within an hour. Costs were very reasonable and fully disclosed at every step before work was started with zero pressure applied. The plumber had to do several trips to suppliers to obtain non standard parts not carried on van. This company really do go above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and would definitely use them again for any plumbing work.

  Conor came to the house within a day or two of asking. He identified the probable cause of a water leak, which was not what I had guessed. He took steps to ensure that there were no further leaks by replacing the ball valve shortly afterwards. The problem has not reoccurred since his visit. He was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd strongly recommend him.

  Absolutely brilliant business. Friendly but highly professional service by Conor and Tyler as well as Chris and Ben who helped them and they took a great deal of trouble to make sure the work was carried out to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others.

  High Recommended Tyler and his brother came to my troubled bathroom and worked their magic. They got my shower and taps working magically again replacing the old fittings with new and fashionable kit, they dealt with an old and stuck stop cock and when they uncovered longstanding leaks hiding behind facia boards they solved these nagging problems without any issues. They had to come back for a second evening to finish the job and now I enjoy a great shower. They also flexed around the craziness of the local parking regime which demands £70 for four hours coming in two evenings running with a smile and a real customer service mindset. Tyler and his brother did a great job for me with a high level of customer dedication and focus, and their work was of a very high quality, so much so, and without hesitation, I have asked them to come back and solve a few other plumbing challenges in my home. So I would Highly Recommend GladPro for all your Plumbing needs.
