  Excellent service, called Gladpro, Tyler was very considerate and said they'd be able to get to our blocked toilet within the hour. His brother Connor was there soon after the call and sorted the problem efficiently and checked the toilet was working as it should be, explained everything well. checked the soil stack to see flushed water was flowing freely. Good job all round and helped as im a pensioner.

He quickly identified the issue and carried out the repair efficiently to a very high standard.   I had a problem with my fill valve which caused overflow of water,he changed the whole set at a cheaper price and didn’t charge call out fee .Also helped with fixing other issues without charging extra fees
