  No communication by text or email throughout the purchasing process. Poor response to phone messages leading to lack of information during the buying period. Good face to face service. Two sets of car keys supplied, one has a dead battery, this should have been checked or at least I ought to have been informed.

  I picked up my brand new car today and I couldn’t be happier! From the very beginning, Sam was absolutely amazing he helped me so much when I was deciding which car to get. He listened to what I wanted, guided me to choose the right one for me, and explained absolutely everything about it in detail. He showed me how every single thing works, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt totally comfortable and confident before I drove away. He did everything he said he would do, kept me updated all the way through, sorted all the paperwork perfectly, and worked hard to get everything right even when things were tricky. He is honest, reliable, and goes above and beyond for his customers. I am so pleased with my experience and I love my new car thank you so much Sam! I 100% recommend them to everyone.
