  Not very happy with this shop. Bought a DVD boxset from them and got home to find some disks were missing and had been swapped with the incorrect ones. They don’t check things properly before putting them on sale.

  I went down this morning using the drop and go method and I was paid 3 hours later. The guy on the till this morning was great, I was apprehensive as lots of people claim CEX will try to knock you down and I went down there with a boxed PS5 slim, and I got the full value the guys are straight when it comes to business don’t lie or try any crafty moves and you will get your full money for your goods, mine was mint and I got paid mint, no issues what so ever, very happy all around and I am glad I went with my gut instinct of if I’m fair in business then hopefully they are, and they were, I will defo use again when I trade in the pro for the ps6 in the future.

  Hello, I have been here quite a few times, staff are very nice but I was wondering if this place does repairs. My ps5 is constantly overheating and I cannot boot up a game for more than 5 minutes without it overheating. Would you guys be able to fix this?

  Staff are useless they dont know what they are talking about when buying stuff of you, they give you false hope in one price then give you less then told. Dont bother selling anything you'll only get robbed of your value of the devices, never using them again or going back best going elsewhere.

  Great experience. Had Wii and lots of games. Lady was patient and took her time. Got fair price and will return.
