- LGLab GeekMar 17, 20181.01. You're very lucky if they bother to pick up the phone when you call. Even the main Customer Service line could not get these guys to pick up the phone. And yet when you walk instore, there's staff members sat at the back whilst customers wait to be served. 2. I've had 2 staff members tell me my phone has not been delivered when (a) they didnt ask my name (b) havent asked what phone it is, and yet my nephew just collected a contract phone this morning that had 'supposedly' arrived in yesterday's delivery. The same delivery I was told had nothing BUT their 'normal' stock. Whatever the hell that is. One staff member says deliveries are Tues and Thurs, then another says only Fridays LOL ... I mean come on now ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE is all I'm saying. And if anyone deserves a Zero star on these reviews its this store. You've officially preordered it ! 😒
