  This is the poorest company I’ve ever dealt with. I accept mistakes happen but I was sent a ‘signed’ book missing the signatures!!!! (I think they forgot to put in book plate however the way they dealt with it was ignoring my telephone messages and emails. I’ve given up but will never use this company again. Avoid (you have to leave one star or it would have been none)

  Recently I have been buying autographed works from Chaucer Auctions, I have had good service and prompt delivery without any problems. Very easy to use and uncomplicated. Also the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Will use your service again soon.

  never respons to customer's question, after more then 10 days, they said they find the tracking number of shipment, but never provide the tracking number.
