I was given a very thorough examination following my seeking a second opinion after my hearing had been seriously and significantly damaged following ear wax removal at a well known high street opticians and audiologists. Jills the audiologist at Tragus identified and confirmed the damage using technology and precision filming which clearly showed the damage on film. Without going into detail, I was impressed with his knowledge, expertise and warm attitude and the test carried out. I can only strongly recommend Tragus who were recommended to me by a friend whose tinitus was sucessfully treated at Tragus. I travelled from west London but the journey was worth it.
