  I have just attended an appointment at 11am on the 01st August 2026 and I can honestly say that after many, many hearing tests, Tragus were absolutely excellent, and I dont say that lightly! The audiologist was exceptional, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained my results in great detail with images and video. I dont often leave reviews but I came away from that appointment feeling well informed. Fantastic service Tragus! The only thing I would say is to add the floor level of where the office is on the appointment letter so patients know what level to goto on Saturdays when there is no receptionist working. Keep up the good work!

  After my initial trauma over two years ago I searched for someone who could help me and, for whatever reason, i didn’t see anyone or didn’t feel anyone understood what i was going through. That all changed the moment i contacted Jills. His initial reply was completely different to the three other responses i received from auditory professionals. Instead of being, clinical, formal, money oriented, contractually loaded, Jills reply was warm, compassionate, open, supportive and for the first time since my initial trauma I felt truly heard and understood. That in itself was immensely healing and it helped me accept where i was in my life so that i could begin working with him. Jills whole demeanour is calming, honest and practical but optimistic at the same time. He strikes a rare balance in being able to encourage without offering false promises but one of his greatest gifts is that he genuinely cares. I can see this in his approach, in the way he holds space for me, in the way he puts maximum effort into creating his therapy plan and resources. I honestly feel like i’m very lucky to have found Jills and whilst i understand everyone resonates differently with each other I think you’d be doing yourself a disservice not to at least investigate whether he’s right for you. I can highly recommend.
