  I had a broken key in a lock. Phoned this company and Kevin was extremely helpful so I was able to remove the broken key myself.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Pete and Dean at Locks ‘N’ Tools. Communication was brilliant from start to finish – pricing was clear, everything was confirmed via WhatsApp, and they explained exactly what needed doing. I thought both the barrel and the night latch would need replacing, but Pete honestly advised that only the barrel needed changing, saving me unnecessary expense. The price was very fair and felt excellent value for the quality of the service. Pete even called to let me know he was running 30 minutes late, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently, and both Pete and Dean were friendly, professional, and trustworthy. It’s so reassuring to find tradespeople who do exactly what they say they’ll do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Sorted my dad’s broken front door lock. Just an hour after I called. Replaced the cylinder at a very reasonable price. Thanks Pete and Dean! Highly recommended
