So I returned it to store to only be told it has a different serial number than the receipt. I informed the member of staff that it was 100% the controller I purchased. They proceeded to look it up on there system to which it showed that the controller I had in my hand was showing it was at their repair centre. Then I was advised to contact support through their website and that they would honour a refund… did they? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Now not only am I down a controller that costs over £100. I am down the time trying to resolve this issue. I am currently waiting on a response for the superiors contact details. Don’t fall for the same SCAM I have!!! CEX BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!! 5 YEAR WARRANTY MY REAR END 🙄
