  To whom it may concern,  I would like to mention that frequently I have called the company to book a taxy to take me home after I finish work ( from little brrol dartford to dartford tow center) and each time I had to deal with your very rude employee that either hangs up the phone or mocks me by not sending me confirmation message for my booking, for example I ha e finished work at 3: 30 and still have not been picked up and I would like to mention that I will report this to the citizens advice for discrimination, racism and to back this up I ha e the recordings of your lovely employee dealt with my booking I an abject manner and i feel like targeted and being punished for the sole fact that i am an immigrant . Please take action and have in mind that I will never ever use you services due to this incompetent, redundant lady that also she did was to .ake y Our loose business , I will make sure that her behaviour for will be made know o lin on your media channels so everybody to know what Company is this.

  I m not sure if this what other companies started to do . Driver pretended not knowing the way and go for much longer route to charge more. This is a local journey to them that normally cost £5 . it takes few minutes only. On another occasion, i had similar behavior but i told the driver that this was not the right direction so he stopped and we left the car. He wanted to charge £6.5 for the journey that ge did not even complete , which cost not more than £5 again. This in mind i m with an 89 year old man ! Manager was even worse and was rude and did not see any problem here.

  Very good service, on time and very helpful with our airport transfer. Good with children and provided car seat for my youngest and were very professional. Definitely reccomend to all my family and friends

  As the manager of Crayford Cars I would like to state that the people writing slanderous reviews are not genuine. This cab office has been estabilished for many years, and has a vast majority of loyal regular customers. The fact that we are growing and expanding as a company will only be a threat to companies that are not providing an efficient and competent service. Any customers with any queries are more than welcome to contact myself, and ask any questions they may have. All slanderous reviews shall be forwarded to Dartford Council, and trading standards as we have traced you through your IP address.
