But I've also gotten a dvd that was completely unusable, brought things in they had no idea what it was even when I showed them the product page, and killed a drive that was brought in that was previously working perfectly, opened up an SSD so the warranty is void now. The staff in mainly nice, apart from when I believe is the manager, she doesn't seem to know what she's talking abouta but standoffish and won't admit when she's wrong (and killed the drive).

When I bought another pair a few weeks later, the kind cashier took time to check the new earbuds and ensure I was happy with them. The 5 year warranty is super helpful. Initially the broken earbuds disappointed me, but the ease of returns and customer assistance was reassuring. Keep up the good work.
