- AMAsher MirsadeghiSep 21, 20261.0I use CEX all the time for the helpful staff. Had one of the rudest unhappy workers serve me Asked where portable chargers were. No one else in the store rolls his eyes and says on display. Then when couldn't find asked for a cable and plug in charger get given the wrong one. Forgivable mistake and got a refund. But the attitude and way he acted to me and my partner was laughable rude. The man is the human personification of sloth and disgust. Id reccomend checking who works in customer facing roles as I will never shop there again. Im sure he could be good in the back labelling but when you are so anti social that youre rude, customer facing jobs are probably not the job for you. Giving this feedback so hopefully whoever manages can help in training there customer service employees.
