  The store was incredibly busy and I expected to wait a while beyond my appointment time. But the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, taking time to advise me about my options and also took time to troubleshoot another issue and give me some guidance. Well done Bromley Apple Store!

  Went in with a small problem with my headphones and was told it'll be 2 and a half to 3 hour wait. Genius offered to speak to the technician who was then able to see me in about 20 to 30 mins. He also went above and beyond to fix my issue and explained everything clearly. Had a great experience.

  Worst place and more worse is the staff’s customer service. I had to wait around 1 hour to replace my iphone charger. The staff initially booked for 10 mins at the store and made me wait for around hour. When asked them thrice. Each time they were booking new 10 mins request. When I asked the guy who booked it initially, he came lying that the technicians came and called out my name twice. I was in-front desk for 1 hour and no technician ever came. When finally a technician came to replace my charger. Other staff members were giggling behind me. This is disgusting for Bromley glades apple store to have such staff members and to the disappointed customer service. I felt some kind of discrimination from Apple staff. I will never visit this store again.

  Staff with stinky attitude… Bromley’s apple has not been great for a while. Today I walked in with my mum wanting to buy a new phone we didn’t get no attention from the staff which is unusual any other apple store I walked into before the staff are always very friendly and approach you super quick. When asked this young gentleman for some advice today on how much my phone would worth if I wanted to trade it in I’ve got an attitude full of response and I’ve been told with a smirk on his face I can find out this information on the phones … so if I walk into a shop and want to buy a phone there and then I expect some sort of a costumer service when these products cost over a grand. Just turned around and left the shop. Rather not get a new phone today and go to a different shop. The costume service was terrible made me and my mum feel like we weren’t worthy enough to be treated nicely!
