  Yesterday I wrote a review that reflected my frustration at not having Wi-Fi that worked, I rang the shop and was told to go in, which I did, established there wasn’t anything I was doing and was told to go and ring customer services. What I wasn’t told is that there wasn’t an option in the automated phone service to speak with a person. I was frustrated and tried every option till I used option 3 which suggested I was waiting for a delivery enabled me to speak with a person. I therefore wish to request that this be rectified by 3 to have a customer service option to speak with a real person because situations are often not straight forward and don’t always fit the same category. I was lucky speak with a very helpful chap who informed me me when I asked him about the switch on the back of my Wi-Fi, that it was in the wrong position and this was the problem. Thankyou 3 for the guy in the shop who was unfortunate to have to put up with my frustration and pissed offness, I apologise if I was a little short with you but wondered why you hadn’t seen the switch in the wrong place on ext instead of int being as you have worked in this field for 15 years.   Jay at Westwood was extremely helpful , calm and supportive after my partner had her phone stolen. We was with him for about 20mins in that time he served us efficiently whilst reducing her stresses about the loss of her personal info on the stolen phone. Great guy👍

  Blonde Woman who served me was great! She went above and beyond, I went in for a simple phone case and screen protector and I was unsure as what the best one was. She had the same phone as me, she pulled out her phone pointed to the cases she had and dropped her own phone hard on the floor. The phone was 100% fine and NO further sales pitch was needed, she even fitted it for me. Friendly staff.
