  It’s generally god but sometime it can be very late and also concerns about communication . Today I booked a cab for 08:45 as I had an appointment with my doctor which was very important I was unhappy as I called them 3 times and they kept saying it’s on its way in the end I had to ask for a lift from my neighbours which was lucky but central did not offer any apologies

  Didn't want to wait 45 seconds for me to walk up the hill from the closest chip shop so Uber got our money instead 🤷

  Booked a taxi with an hours notice, didn’t show phoned and asked about where it was , handler rude dismissive and very unprofessional, still waiting, half an hour late atm !!
