- RDRichard DudleyJun 27, 20255.0I have had a good experience with cex I always use them , now I have had my Xbox fixed very reasonable price.
- JPJamie-Lee PankhurstFeb 24, 20254.0They repaired the switch joycon right controller trigger button but it took longer than the 7-14 days I was quoted for it to come back to my local Cex store. It stayed awaiting inspection for a good 12 ish days. I had to email to find out they were 3 days delayed. I didn't receive a notification that it had been returned to my local Cex store. I called and found out that they already had for at least a day. Other than that the service was okay.
