  Mostly great have used this company for over 5 years and been picked up by Tyrone many of times but I refuse to use this company again until that one rude driver who is the only driver I’ve ever ran into problems with in my times using this company consistently and I won’t be calling for a pickup until he is fired. First time he decided to lie to say he had used my doorbell he didn’t, when he arrived and had apparently “rang my phone” even though I received nothing and showed him that I received no calls, his response was just rude and dismissive, 2nd time about same thing different story accuses me of making him wait 5 mins that he “called me many times” it was once and I was in the toilet and when I explained this to him again rude and dismissive, he’s a foreign looking man more Pakistani looking no clue of his name he was driving a van with sliding door, just to let others know of this person, but I refuse to use this company until he is fired

  Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I have 3 small children and we were trying to get to the airport with so much luggage and stress, but Ali made the whole journey feel calm and easy. Such a friendly, reliable and professional taxi driver who went above and beyond to help us. In a world where people are often rushing, it’s rare to come across someone so kind, genuine and professional. You can tell he really cares about his customers. If you want someone honest and reliable, I couldn’t recommend Ali enough. We will definitely be using again. Thank you so much, Ali!
