  Great break away, excellent value for money (booked a week, ferry tickets included in cost). Would definitely rebook if we return to the Isle of Wighg.

  This was our sixth stay at Little Upton Farm. We love the accommodation and views. Nic and Simon are very helpful and even arrange for our grandchildren to help feed the many animals they have, which they always love to do. The property is always clean and well maintained and is close to everywhere we want to visit. We would highly recommend Little Upton Farm, even though doing so may make it more popular and so harder for us to book!

  What a beautiful house ! Everything you could need & spotlessly clean , lovely enclosed rear garden safe for the dogs , fantastic views from the master bedroom , comfortable beds , Great communication from The host, nothing was too much trouble, Any questions we had were answered very quickly, will definitely be returning!! Thank you to all the team at Just for you holidays

  We all had a lovely stay at Simeon Sands, location is great as just a short walk to the beach. Perfect house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it had everything we needed. Justine was fantastic with any queries we had

  Excellent service throughout from the initial booking to the day we left. Justine was always there to answer any questions or queries we had. The accommodation was outstanding. Stylish, immaculately clean, very comfortable and only a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach. We loved it and will definitely be back!!
