  Took my nearly 80 year old Grandma for a new phone today as hers had packed in, the woman who served us Claire literally couldn’t be bothered to show my Gran any phones or advice, didn’t offer to help set anything up just told her how much it was with no basic customer service at all. Would not recommend

  Not a tech god, needed to purchase a phone so asked for some advice. Shown a selection but didn't feel comfortable enough to make a purchase so did some investigating. Glad I did reviews that were not any good. Basically steer clear. Mmmmmmm thanks Tesco phones will look elsewhere
