I was so impressed by Kola when I went into your shop today, Thursday, at about 5.30pm. Firstly, he was very respectful and politely asked for permission to handle my phone. (I appreciated that.) Also, he answered all my queries about getting a new 3 contract and showed me how to find out how much data I have been using each month. Finally, when I mentioned which 3 contract I intended getting, he guided me to choose a different 3 contract which would be cheaper for me and far better for me, especially since I don't use much data. He definitely believes in helping customers getting what is best for them, I could tell. He is an excellent representative for your company. Thank you, Kola
