  Had a fantastic experience with Graham Smith Property Lawyers. Right from the outset, the quote for work was clear and reasonable. The office was local to me and Ines was always there. Very communicative in person as well as via phone and email. When I wasn't clear with the forms, I just popped up to the office and she took me through it. Always extremely friendly and welcoming. Pritpal was our solicitor for our house sale. He was also extremely down-to-earth, friendly and communicative. Pritpal works extremely quickly. I wanted him to work on my flat purchase aswell and he did as much as he possibly could for me up to the point that the firm allowed. Everything got done in the best way that it could have. Would definitely recommend.

  Used Graham Smith Property Lawyers after my son and daughter in law had used them when buying their house. Delt with Pritpal for the purchase and selling of our house and the service we had from them was always good. We were always kept informed and had no problems also in getting in contact with them. Would definitely use them again if need be but hopefully not in near future with the stress that comes with moving house. But glad all done, thanks again to Pritpal.

  I recently completed the purchase of my first home and was very pleased with the service I received. The whole process was managed well with good communication throughout and regular updates as the transaction progressed. Everything was well organised from instruction through to exchange and completion. I also appreciated being able to hand over signed documents in person. Having customer parking outside the office made this convenient and it was reassuring to know the paperwork had been received and checked there and then. I was also pleased that the original quote was a good reflection of the final legal costs with no unexpected surprises. Overall, the purchase went smoothly and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.
