  We were recommended Graham Smith Property Lawyers by our Estate Agent and so glad we used them. They are a small and friendly long standing office based in Watford and you can actually visit them if needed rather than a call centre based miles away. We only dealt with one solicitor, Michael, which made everything so much easier. Michael was absolutely outstanding, totally professional and genuinely cared about us, his clients. He went totally above and beyond when it came to passing on information and chasing other solicitors in the chain, it also helped that he had worked with many of the estate agents and solicitors involved the our chain. Would not hesitate to recommend this company, five stars without a doubt.

  We had Pritpal managing the sale of my flat, and purchase of a house. He was outstanding, responding to all my emails incredibly quickly, even sometimes late at night or over the weekend. He was so good at responding over email that I only ever needed to pickup the phone once. It made my life a lot less stressful as I never needed to chase him for anything. I’m glad I spent a little extra to go with Graham Smith as overall they did a great job and I’m really happy!
