  We would like to send a big thank you to Michael Green and all the staff at Graham Smith Property Lawyers for your help in our recent move. This has been the fourth house that my wife and I have bought, and the process to exchange and completion has never run so smoothly. You had transferred the money by 11am, we had the keys by 1pm and the movers had unloaded our three vans in our new home 2 hours away, by 3pm. It made what could have been a stressful day so much more manageable. We very much appreciated your clear and timely communication throughout the whole process.

  Can't praise this company highly enough as it's hard to find a conveyancing company where you can actually talk to the same person throughout the whole process. In particular Michael Green was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and cannot praise his professionalism enough. Highly recommend.

  I’d like to say a big thank you to Pritpal for handling the sale of my property. Having worked in estate agency for many years, I know how important good communication and keeping a transaction moving are, and unfortunately, it’s something that can be lacking with conveyancing. Pritpal was fantastic throughout always easy to get hold of, great at communicating, and very speedy in dealing with everything. It made the whole process much more straightforward and stress-free.   Had a fantastic experience with Graham Smith Property Lawyers. Right from the outset, the quote for work was clear and reasonable. The office was local to me and Ines was always there. Very communicative in person as well as via phone and email. When I wasn't clear with the forms, I just popped up to the office and she took me through it. Always extremely friendly and welcoming. Pritpal was our solicitor for our house sale. He was also extremely down-to-earth, friendly and communicative. Pritpal works extremely quickly. I wanted him to work on my flat purchase aswell and he did as much as he possibly could for me up to the point that the firm allowed. Everything got done in the best way that it could have. Would definitely recommend.
