  Very disappointing service from CeX Watford. I went to the Watford store at around 11:15 AM to get my iPad checked under the CeX warranty. I bought the iPad from CeX around a year ago, and it has been having heating and charging issues. I was initially told to come back at around 12:35 PM. However, I returned at 1:45 PM, giving them extra time to check the device. Despite this, I was told that they had not properly checked the iPad and asked for more time. Later, I was simply told that because the iPad was not charging, they could not do anything about it. I was advised to either charge the iPad myself or take it to Apple to have it opened so that CeX could then fix the issue. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since the device is covered by CeX's warranty. I expected the store to properly assess the issue and provide a clear solution rather than sending me elsewhere. Overall, a very poor customer service experience. I hope CeX improves how warranty repairs are handled and provides better communication and support to customers.

  I’ve had an extremely unpleasant experience with CeX and, after this experience, I would seriously encourage people to think twice before trusting the condition of products they purchase from them. I bought a pair of headphones from CeX and they lasted just 5 months before the headphone became detached. I have never dropped, mishandled or accidentally damaged them. The photographs clearly show that the small connecting cable is still intact, which raises a serious question: if I had physically damaged or dropped the headphones, how has this small cable remained intact while the headphone itself has become detached? To me, this strongly suggests that the headphone was not securely attached in the first place. Despite explaining this and providing photographic evidence, CeX has rejected my warranty claim, simply classifying the issue as “physical damage.” What makes this even more frustrating is that CeX states that its products have a 5-year warranty, and that faults occurring through no fault of the customer should be covered, subject to verification. I completely understand that accidental or physical damage isn't covered. But I have not caused this damage, and I don't believe CeX has properly considered the evidence or the possibility that this was a failure of the product itself. The headphones lasted only five months, and rather than taking responsibility or properly investigating how this could have happened, I feel I have simply been blamed for the damage. This experience has completely damaged my confidence in buying technology from CeX. I would personally recommend being extremely cautious when purchasing used electronics from them and not assuming that their inspection process will necessarily identify underlying issues. Very disappointing product quality, warranty experience and customer service.

  Worst customer service ever I experienced. I ordered DJI neo 2 Fly more combo from online. It went to DPD collection locker. I didn't receive any QR or PIN to collect. I complained about that on customer care. I got response after 1 day that they gave this to relevant team to check into it. After 2 days of that no response. Then my parcel was collected again by DPD and sent back to CEX. This parcel was delivered to CEX, Watford on last friday at 10:12 AM. I sent this screenshot to Customer service and they still checking it. They asked me that what I want to do with that, Refund ir Re dispatch. I told them to re-dispatch to my address. Its been more that 3 days and no answer or no response or No refund. If there is option of 0 stars I would give that.

  Ordered a copy of Infamous 2 CEX which was dispatched from the Watford branch. However as you can see from the picture, there was no disc in the case. I had to take a trip into my local CEX to return it where they said it will be tested under warranty. What do you mean tested under warranty? How do you test a game disc that was not in the case? How do you test the game case where the game disc wasn't in the case? Was the employee just reading off a script? Really annoyed because the case inlay and manual were in great condition!
