  I was really impressed with the service from the Big Van Man team. They were incredibly hardworking, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. There was quite a bit of confusion with my moving dates, and I ended up changing them about four times. Throughout it all, Naheem was so understanding and patient, and when the day finally came, they were there exactly when I needed them. I had a lot of heavy bags and boxes to move from a property with stairs to a new property with six flights of stairs and no lift, which was no easy task. They handled everything with great care, making sure nothing was damaged, while working quickly and safely throughout. Despite the challenging move, they got everything into my new home without any issues. The price was also affordable, especially considering the amount of work involved and all the stairs they had to climb. I’m so grateful for all of their help—I genuinely couldn’t have done it without them. Their work ethic and professionalism were outstanding, and they made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

  We hired Naheem based on these reviews but we had a very disappointing experience. Our move was very chaotic from start to finish - Naheem does not seem very organised and he was not the best timekeeper, but there were several other issues on the day that could have been easily avoided. The two other men who came with him did not seem very experienced, and too much time was spent on dis-assembling and then assembling. Naheem had excuses for everything - the inclement weather, complicated furniture - you name it. All this was not helped by the fact that he had loud rows with his crew and lost the screws to some of the furniture so more time was spent looking for things. In the end, everything took longer than needed and he had to call friends to help out - who clearly were doing him a favour and and made it clear. All this added to our overall stress levels, marring what should have been a very exciting day. Naheem did call us a few days later, to explain what I'm not sure - but we would not recommend him.
