  I would like to say a huge thank you to Eduard for his excellent customer service today. He was incredibly helpful, patient, kind and professional throughout the whole phone call. Eduard took the time to listen to our problem, explained everything clearly and, most importantly, helped us find a solution. He was genuinely friendly and caring, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone who is so patient and genuinely committed to helping customers. Thanks to Eduard , we were able to resolve our issue successfully. Many thanks Iwona , Rafał

  Exceptional service! After 2 months of purchase, my iPhone 17 had a dead pixel that somehow started spreading. Genius Support appointments were hard to get, so 2 weeks later I managed to book for a display check. I was anxious because of my expectations about a high cost for screen replacement and long timeframe for this service. The lovely staff who helped me this morning (blond, blue eyes, I think her name is Sarah) not only explained and sorted m my warranty process, but also did the repair in only 2 hours! I was speechless, so quick and efficient! Highly recommend their services!

  I would just like to say that my daughter and I have been looking to buy some Apple products. We met Zo (Watford) who works on the floor and I have to say - what a breath of fresh air, very knowledgable, beautiful smile and an ambassador for Apple. I cannot say enough positive things about this woman and she should be a shining star for others to follow. Malcolm & Olivia

  Incredibly poor experience. Their aftercare service “AppleCare” is not worth the paper it’s written on. Unable to make appointment online “No availability” 2 hour wait for walk in service. A member of staff then made a comment about paying £79 for a new pair of AirPod max headphones to be delivered to my house. Why would such payment be necessary when it’s a reported defect online and the device is less than 1 year old with no accidental damage. Poor attitude from Apple employee who stated that they were the store manager. Multiple other staff in Apple shirts just standing around and smirking.

  I used the online Genius Bar for to book a battery replacement . When I arrived, having left work early , i was told it was too late for the replacement to be done and I had to either come back and allow 2.5 hours or leave my phone overnight . I left my phone and was told it would be done by midday. I returned at 2.30pm the next day without having had any email and was told the back of my phone was cracked during the battery replacement . No apologies. I was told to either leave my phone for an u certain period of time or wait for the store to let me know when the part would be aviqlbek and .. wait 2.5 hours or leave my phone again. The whole process is so absurd and disrespectful- surely I am not the only professional who cannot take time off work repeatedly to have her phone repaired ? The whole process was unprofessional and so far ineffective. I have my phone woth a cracked back panel and awaiting news of when the part is in store : how difficult is it for an Apple Store to get an iPhone back glass?? Very disappointing - last iPhone for sure
