  I recently had a cyst on my lower back removed by SML surgery. I had a great experience with them. Lovely people to chat to before during and after the procedure. I have wanted to have this removed for such a long time and I’m grateful to these guys for fit me in very soon and at a reasonable price. Would 100% recommend for anyone facing similar issues

  I saw Dr. Stanilov for a cyst removal. Surgery was trickier than expected but Dr. Stanilov was professional throughout. Clear explanations of risks and post op. reqs. Price is reasonable, all in was very good from inital enquiry through to the op.

  A first class experience from point of making a casual enquiry through to the aftercare. Alesandra was warm, welcoming and friendly offering all the information I required and answered the many questions I had throughout the process of making the initial appointment. On the day of the procedure I was welcomed very warmly into the clinic and instantly made to feel very relaxed and at ease. Professor Noyko Stanilov was very calm, friendly and informative during the consultation, explaining each step in detail. During the procedure its self he talked me through each stage offering further information as he removed each skin tag. Deciding to send the samples for further histology Professor Noyko explained the process and costs involved. Aftercare has been excellent and I would highly recommend SML surgical care to anyone who needs their experience and expertise.

  I was greeted in an efficient and friendly manner. The procedure and associated risks were clearly explained to me prior to starting any treatment. I was given a local anaesthetic - more or less painless and having only a slight sting, and then the procedure to remove the skin tag was undertaken quickly and efficiently. I was shown the tag that was removed which, by prior agreement, was sent for testing. I suffered no discomfort and left within 15 minutes of arriving. The very small wound is healing well and I have had no problems since the procedure.

  I contacted SML Surgical Care about having a small cyst removed from my back after doing a search on Google. I originally enquired on-line which was promptly followed up with a very personable phone call. I was able to book a date for the procedure that suited me perfectly within a week or so. When I attended, the welcome made me feel very calm and relaxed and the procedure was explained to me in detail. The procedure itself took no more than 30 mins, during which I was constantly kept up to date on what was being done which again put me at ease. I had no discomfort at all during the process - except maybe a small sting as the local anesthetic was administered. I'm only day two after having it done and I have had no pain, no discomfort and even been contacted by them to check everything is OK. Its not something I hope to ever need to have done again but should I need to, or have something similar done I wouldn't hesitate to use SML Surgical Care again and would most certainly recommend them. Great service!
